101 Jet Set

Gabi was thirsty, he reached for his water and took a long gulp and whent back to work. 10 mins later he felt weak, 5 mins later he passed out on the floor.

The girls enter and bring the sub up to the surface. Lucs sends out a flare and in twenty mins a small sea plane comes down from the sky.

wohoooooooooo! I got a job! Makes uni Tution so much easier to come by now and a nice soft cusion to fall back on! Unemployment Insurance!!! If I get 300 hours over the summer I can get UI and use that untill I find a new job in Corner Brook!

And today I looked at the CB Uni Campus housing and found that there are bording houses all around the uni, 5 to 20 mins away. That is good and are priced from 350 to 400 a month! Even better. Most are furnished! Yeah! So I don't mind getting on 20 mins from campus that costs 350 a month. I got legs, I can walk! And I applied for on campus work experince program, cross fingers on that. Then I can go from classroom to workplace.

101 bad girls got plan

Sencing Gabi was doubing their super plan, the girls drugged his drink. They wanted that sub. They knew that the treasure wasn't on the island but located in a cave under it. It was an uderwater cave with a air chamber.

500 years ago smart pirates found an airhole and dropped all the gold down it, they thought it was a sinkhole...but when they came back for it, they could not find it. They sent rocks down, thew torches, but no end to be found. Fusrated the men when back to their ship to plunder more when they were captured and sent back to England for trial. Suz's Ancestor was one of those pirates, and he escaped jail and transport to the Penal Island.

The story of the missing gold was passed on, no desendants of the pirates could find it...that was until Suz and Luc came around...

101 Hijacked

Gabi knew that the Coast Guard would be after them very soon. From time to time he was forced to lay low and maintain equipment silence - no radar, no doppler, no radio and he managed to shut down the sub's unique identifier signal so that if anyone did see him on their radar he would be unidentified. It might buy them some time.

It wasn't easy keeping the girls quiet, as they wandered around discovering the sub. But he managed. Every now and then he just had to broadcast a low "shush" over the sub's intercom system.

Eventually he was able to power up and be on the way again. He was feeling overwhelmed because subs were not designed to be piloted by one man! But they were indeed past the point of no return.

He summoned the girls up to the bridge and asked what the heck they had in mind. The answer: A Treasure Island!

101 suz

but suz grabbed the controls. Gabi heard the sub lurch downwards, water enveloping the black painted domed metal.

The bubbles in the pressure meter started bleeping. Bleep, 1 meter below, bleep, 2, bleep three.

Down down and down. Gabi seased the controls...

101 Captain Percy

Gabi enters the Bridge and slautes Captain Percy.

Sir, GD reporting to duty.

At ease, salior.

Gabi stands at ease.

GD, I want you to go down to the torpedo tubes and help McKay in cleanup. There was a little spill.

Cursing in his head, Gabi salutes the captain and walks down the hall, down the satirs to the topedo room.

On his way he grabs a mop and some towels. Asks himself why he always get the crap jobs.

He stops, and looks around. Where is everyone? Why is the door locked?

He drops the mop, and tries to open the door. He turns the wheel lock, but its stuck.

What da F^%k! Bloody door...did Mckay lock himself in. Why is the door hot...how come he can't hear anyone inside.

Is this some kind of joke....he bangs on the door. Yelling at Mckay or anyone. To open the door.

He runs to the telephone, Captain there is something wrong.

101 Duty Calls

...swing him back round to the dockside so he can return to the Sub.

Once on board, he puts everything back into his foot locker. A quick pause as he considers his gift, wondering what it is, but with typical military discipline now that he's back at work, he reaches up to his top bunk and tucks it under his pillow. He will check it out before lights out tonight.

And off to the bridge to report for duty.

101 Gabi goes to sub

when Gabi looks over at the wall, he notices the time on the clock. He stands up and says OH CRAP. He's got 10 minutes to get to thje sub. They toss the gift to him, he grabs some food, Lus dad grabs the car keys. They rush out the door, jump into the car and...

101 dinner (finaly)

the girls tiptoe downstairs and place the gift on the table. The table is laden with chicken and pasta. There is jello pudding for dessert, a bottle of red wine sits on the table. Lus mom calls everyone to dinner, and everyone piles into the dinning room to grab a seat...

JL has assigned the project of doll making. She has made Blue and me, and I'm making Steli and Jia Li.

Tonight I have created Steli. It was a challenge, but ultimately fun. There were so many jeans to choose from, I couldn't stop changing them!

101 in the bedroom

the girls were giggling up in Lucs room. They were making a special good bye gift for Gabi. They worked hard on it, they only had little time to make it. They didn't know he was coming today. Suz had dashed out while he was cornered by Uncle F in the living room.

She ran to the store and got a box full of his fave candy and chocolate and Lucs had printed out some family pics from their computer.

Now they were wrapping as fast as they could, they wanted to surpise gabi before he whent away.

101 Uncle Fred and Mrs. Robi...

They opened the door, warm heat hit them right away, they pulled off their boots, amazingly they found uncle Fred, along with another lady, back from his trip to the north. He’s been sent to inspect his companie’s external branch for some financial difficulties there, where he met Mrs. Robinson in his director’s office for some privet business. She’s a mid old lady, blond hair, abit of an irish accent and a hidden snobbish attitude; you won’t feel liking her for your 1st impression. Something deep inside would tell you that her story about her late husband’s death is not true. Something fishy is going on through out the details. Even her laugh might get you sick, especially when she’s deeply drunk!
But above all, looks like she’s already affected uncle fred with her charm to the extend he’s thinking of marrige after 2 weeks of knowing each other only!!

101 candy shop

So they pop over to the candy shop and marvel at the chocolate fountain in the window, the white spinned candy floss mountains, the sugar cookie train on a licourice track.

Suzanna points to the candy corn bin, boy does she love candied pop corn...there are so many kinds, cheese flavoured corn, sour cream, spicy chili, ketchup and many more. Suzana dashes over to grab a few bags of her favoits while Lus heads over to the chocolate bar to grab some delish dark chocolate and Gabi heads for the crisps, he has be jonesing for sour cream crisps since they had left France.

After they got their stuff, payed for it and headed out, the sun had been covered in great dark rolling clouds, the winds had turned south towards them and were bringing a nippy cold gust. Rain began to patter down. They turned and looked at each other. Smile when Lus said, we better make a run for it.

Gabi pulled his backpack on, grabbed his crisps and dashed after Lus and Suz, pass the pub, up the stairs, over the footbridge over the busy street below. The rain hit harder and harder, and then "boom" the heavens opened and the rain poured like water from a faucet.

They were getting soaked as the ran for Lus door, just around the bend, though the park and then after the park gate, they turned left and lucs door was within reach. They slowed a bit, hey they were wet anyway.

Laughing as they reached for the door, shaking their heads like dogs, water spinning off.

101 Book Review

...my goodness hasn't she grown since I saw her last!

He said to her with a big wink as he ruffled the top of her hair, "Well well well, what happened to the little Suzana I used to know?"
Aside to Lucrezia with mock seriousness, "What a fine young lady this is!"
Back to Suzana, "And how many admirers do you have at school now?"

Suzana said with a shy smile, "None yet."

Lucrezia added, "Nope, and that is because she spends too much time with her little nose buried in books she shouldn't even know about yet!"
Turning to Suzana, Lucs said, "Tell Gabi what you're reading at the moment."

Her face brightened.
"Oh yes: Mrs Dalloway. Lucs, your name is in there and it's the second time I've ever seen it. My Mum said that your Mum was reading that book when she had you, and that's why you got the name?"

Lucrezia nodded, rolled her eyes, and said that all her siblings had novel names thanks to her Mum's reading habits.

Gabi laughed and suggested they go round the corner to the tuck shop for some sweet treats before dinner...

101 Suzana...

They continue shopping and walk off in the direction of Lucs house in the south end of the city when they ran into Suzana. A cute little 10 year old girl who is quit funny, but sadly she suffers some sort of a dis-ability in her right leg. That’s why Lucrezia likes to take good care of her. So Gabriel thought…

101 Lucrezia

Oh Hi Lucrezia, where ya come from?

Oh, I was just passing bye and seen you sleeping on the table. Rough day, huh?

Oh yeah, really bad. Banged my head a bit, didn't eat much breakffast, ate too much food here. Anyway, how you doin'? Havn't seen you fur the longest time. How's your parents?

Mom's pretty good but Dad's in the Hospital again.

Again, what happened this time.

Ran into the house on is motorbike. Were a cursed family I say.

GD nodds and sipps his coffee. Pushes his food aside and calls the waitress over so he can pay.

So lucs(his nickname for Lucrezia) got anything planned today?

I was going over to the market, fancy coming. She stands up and gets ready to go.

Shure, why not. I got nothing to do and a few hours to pass.

Cool.

So they gather there things and head out the door, chatting about Gabi's travels and Lucs crazy family. After a short walk they arrive to the market and Lucs wanders over to the veggie stall.

Hay Gabi? You want to have supper with us tonight?

well...

oh come on. You, me, mom...maybe dad.

well, it would be nice to have some of ur moms plum jam.

You still like that stuff?

Nothin like plum jam on bread.

So its settled. Dinner at my place.

Dinner at yours and maybe a pint at O'Connells.

Yeah, grand.

101 Port of Call

So, Gabi stepped off the gangplank with his bag slung over his shoulder. He stretched his legs as he breathed in the flat scent of the air coming off the land, mingled with the salty fishy smell of the docks.

So, where to go? He settled on finding a nice little cafe so he could have a good English fryup, better than all the toast in his bag.

He walked up a couple of crooked streets, swaggering as ladies young and old looked at his uniform with admiration and children gaped at him in awe - instead of being all cramped up on the sub.
Soon he came upon just the greasy spoon he was looking for. He plopped down at a table and ordered:
1) a fried egg, sunny side up
2) 2 sausages
3) baked beans
4) a fried tomato
5) fried mushrooms
6) 2 hash browns
7) a rack of HOT buttered TOAST
8) a pot of steaming coffee

And Gabi tucked in with gusto! When he'd sopped up every drop of grease, he mopped his mouth, stretched his legs out under the table, and settled in with his last cup of coffee as he gazed out the window at the passers-by.

101 portsmouth

his insides were shaking like jello, he could not wait to be on dry land. He would dash off that bridge and kiss the dry land, maybe take in a Curry and a good movie. Yup, that sounded good. Take some time off, walk, relax....but who knows how long they could be in port. A few hours, just enough time to load food and supplies to suberge into the icy depths, on their way, crossing the Atlantic...

101 breki

and off he whent to Breakfast. Still being a bit tired, he banged his head on the hatches and tried to remind himself that this is a Sub, so he has to get used to bending over and walking along. After a short walk through, he arrived at the Mess and decided to get some toast. He hoped that the still had bread to toast, becase they have not been to port for a few weeks. Soon the would be docking in the Port of Portsmouth. There they would get more supplies for their journey across the atlantic.

So he got his orange juice and peice of toast and sat down a table when....
